    The location is convenient for city exploration.

    The breakfast lacked variety and was often cold. The housekeeping missed cleaning our room on one occasion, leaving us frustrated. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive at times .

    I got complimentary double room as an upgrade, nice gesture. A sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card worked well. The location of this truly exceptional and nice hotel was absolutely perfect, to mountain;)))

    The double room with a very comfortable bed. Delightful and great food. Magnificent, good location in Shkoder, very close to close to centre, the cafe and the restaurant. Also, to mountain.

    the a double room was fabulous, very comfy bed. the reasonably clean bathroom with hair dryers, a bidet, and shower caps. the location was nice, to mountain! i was surprised at nearby gelateria bell italia, they had some goodies, drinks.

    Golden palace is an excellent hotel located right in the city center. The breakfast was good, especially angjela, nada, and gerti. The place was nice and neat, and everyone was genuinely friendly.

    Excellent accommodation, excellent service, with very friendly reception staff who welcomed us warmly upon arrival and a delicious breakfast included served by an efficient team, all conveniently located just 58 km from the nearest airport.
